James called me out of the blue as I had inquired about car insurance rates several months ago. He learned that my premiums may be higher with the car insurance carrier I had at the time as compared to State Farm. Of course, he suggested that I send him a copy of the Coverage Declarations just to be sure he was quoting for the same coverage amounts. When all was said and done, I decided to switch to State Farm for both car insurance and renter's insurance as I would save $30 per month. I'm glad he had followed up with me!

New to State Farm and we had a great in-office meeting with Jensen Collie where he walked through the coverage we have and answered our questions. He and his team have been extremely responsive, personable, and seem to be genuinely committed to doing business right the first time! Highly impressed so far.

Last year I was searching for a cheaper auto ins after being canceled by USAA for being 3 days late with a payment following my knee surgery. In fact his politeness, the amount of concern he showed, his ability to work with me and cover my concerns at that time were new to me. No one had ever spoken to me in the manner he did. He is the greatest. Statefarm has been a blessing to me. I retired from working at Union Pacific R.R. in November and my reduced income has my family having to trim experience now to cover my cost of living needs. So looking for a cheaper auto ins was on my list. I retired from the military also after 31 years and was told I could pay less than my current amount. Never have I had any agent other than James to call me with call about me until this mornings call from Jennings. With the concern shown by him about the needs me and my family, has my hooked on statefarm. His politeness and the amount of respect shown to me by him has me no longer thinkinking about taking my business anywhere. I'm completely sold on statefarm.
